I’m a content manager at a museum, and I’m fascinated by the opportunities technology offers non-profits (NPO) and cultural heritage institutions (CHI).

I love to organize content in ways that situates NPOs/CHIs in the spaces that matter the most to their audiences.

I have a deep understanding how communications can be leveraged to link resources and solutions; and how “social” works as a tool for problem-solving, story-telling, creating grass-roots engagement and personal change.

We need more brand-aligned, audience-centric content that inspires, delights and, most importantly, engages users!
